The voice rings a faint bell, tries to match itself with the name through memory but can only make the connection through his assurance. She can't remember what he's supposed to look like. She licks her lips and tries to speak, and it's obvious in her speech what hadn't been clear in her journal; it's taking her a long time to piece sentences together. Her words are slow and it's clear from her expression how hard she's thinking.]
