[Tammy's not sure how many people might have witnessed the rather embarrassing display with Bartimaeus a while ago, but hopefully no one remembers it, if they did see it. And she's also hoping no one asks what exactly she was looking to accomplish with the djinn. Suffice to say that the outcome was not what she was looking for, and she's been working on moving on ever since.

And she's been occupying herself since then. Hence her cracking open her journal today.]

Anyone got a line on where I can get a small amount of wood?

I'd passed it but I wasn't sure if it was free for us to take or not. But I guess they wouldn't miss what we'd take; we won't need much.

...though no, I actually haven't. I tend to avoid the forest. Think the beach would have much to work with?

It could be a bit brittle or splinter or fine, depending on the piece.

Oh, definitely! I don't know about Rapunzel, but the only thing I've ever tried making was a little wooden airplane and it never flew. We're over by the bonfire, if you're free and want to join us.

Yeah, we figured this was an oversight that needed correcting.

Mm, not sure if busting the dresser would count as destruction of property. Not to mention the hammer i have is pretty small and this dresser...pretty heavy.

Standard fare I figure. I'm sure our host will appreciate hearing from his guests about how to improve their stay. Like maybe giving us stuff we can actually plug into the electrical outlets around here.
